Have not received order

Pretty upset about the overall experience since purchasing my order on November 9th and i'm yet to still receive it. At first i was told it was an error on Mask's end, saying my order was dispatched for delivery with a tracking number but was still sitting in their warehouse after an issue with limited stock? Now i'm being told my Aramax that it's on the way.... which it has been for the last week now. Disappointed as i've ordered from mask in the past and never had issues before, even when they used Aus Post as their couriers. If i ever receive this bundle it will unfortunately be the last purchase made by me.

Hasn't arrived.

I've been asked to write a review for the products I ordered 3 weeks ago. They haven't even been shipped yet. Customer service tell me that what I ordered wasn't actually in stock, even though it said 'in stock' on the website. Never again.

Absolutely love all the products, only received mine yesterday as it was delayed with Auspost but I will definitely be spraying a different room spray everyday. My house smells like Christmas �
