FAQ

We fill, cap and label all our bottles at our Northern Rivers, NSW warehouse (aka the house of fun).

Absolutely. All our products are free from preservatives, parabens and phthalates. We are cruelty-free, palm oil-free and all fragrances are IFRA (International Fragrance Association) approved.

Unfortunately not. Our Air Fresheners are not suited as a Toilet Spray as they don’t contain the correct mix of oils to create the barrier to stop odours. Our Toilet Sprays contain more oil than our Air Fresheners and can leave an oily residue on certain surfaces as it is a milky white solution!

It is true that some essential & fragrance oils can be harmful to pets. Our sprays do not contain any oils or oils in unsafe quantities that would be considered unsafe for pets. It is also important to understand that our sprays are not ‘pet sprays’ but ‘pet-friendly sprays’, meaning they are not supposed to be used on pets.

We have many customers with pets who like to spray our air fresheners on pet toys or accessories (blankets, kitty litter etc) and we have received only positive feedback.

As a general rule, no. However, fragrances may lose their potency slightly after 12 months so best to keep your stock up to date!

Mask products have no detrimental impact on the environment and have a very low aquatic toxicity concern.

Not a worry! Mask sprays will not affect the hard-working bacteria in your tank - so you can go ahead!

In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water.

Please let us know if you have any food allergies as our products do contain natural ingredients (herbs and spices for example). If you suffer from respiratory issues, the use of any air freshener is best avoided.

Our air fresheners may stain some fabrics, surfaces, furniture or leather goods. Be sure to test on an inconspicuous area first. Ensure that our reed diffuser oils are not spilt on surfaces or leather furniture.

Do not leave bottles in vehicles in extreme heat as they may melt.
