How much is shipping?
Shipping is $10 Australia wide. Free with orders over $100.
My order was damaged in transit
Please contact eva@maskco.com within 60 days of receiving your goods and we shall re-send your damaged goods ASAP.
Where is my order coming from? How long will it take?
All orders are dispatched from our Tweed Heads South warehouse. We dispatch within 48 hours however, please expect longer dispatch times during sales and busier periods. We work quick, because we know there’s nothing worse than waiting for your package to arrive!

What carrier do you use for your orders?
We use Australia Post for all orders.
Do you offer an express service?
Yes. All customers have the option to choose Australia Post Express during the checkout process.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Unfortunately not, however, Mask products are available from our third-party sellers in the US.
