I would like a refund
Email email@example.com and we will refund you for the fragrances you don’t like. Or...we can offer you a 25% promo code for your next order. Your call!
You don't need to return your order - we know that's a hassle.
The maximum refund is $50 per order.
Maximum of one refund per customer.
We cannot refund any orders after 30 days of the purchase date.
I have received an incorrect or damaged item
We will make amends and send the right products to you as soon as possible.
Here's what you do:
1. Take a photo of your incorrect or damaged order.
2. Email the photo(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be sure to respond within 24 hours.
You don't need to return the incorrect fragrances. We know you don't have time to head down to your local Post Office!
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on gift cards or credits.
