Here’s our ‘Happiness Guarantee’ Refund Policy
We want you to love every scent you choose, but we get it—sometimes a fragrance just isn’t the right fit. While we don’t offer exchanges, we’re all about keeping things simple when it comes to refunds!
How It Works:

We’ll refund up to 3 scents per order if they’re not quite right for you.

There’s no need to send anything back. This means no more pesky trips to the Post Office!

Just make sure to reach out within 30 days of receiving your items, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Why This Policy?
We know you’re busy and returning products is a hassle. We simply want your Mask shopping experience to be a breeze! That said, we do need to keep things fair and cap this refund policy at 3x per customer But don’t worry; we’ll always do our best to see things from your perspective.
What’s Covered?
Any fragrance from any product you don’t love.
This policy doesn’t apply to electrical devices, glass bottles, reed sticks, or any other non-fragrance items.
Returning Electrical Goods
If you need to return an electrical item, pop it in the post via Registered Post and hold onto the tracking details. Just a heads-up—you’ll need to cover the shipping cost.
A Few Quick Notes on Returns

If you’re returning an item from a set or bundle, the refund will be adjusted accordingly—so no full bundle refunds for a single item.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 48 hours—fast and fuss-free!

Refunds can only be processed within 30 days of your order’s delivery date, so don’t leave it too long!

Gift cards, credits, or stolen goods once they’ve been successfully delivered.
