Refunds

Please return the product (and they will need to be returned for a refund) via Registered Post. You will need to cover the cost of the postage.

Note! If you’re returning an item that was part of a set or bundle, you will not receive the full price of that item. The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Once we receive your items, we will process your refund within 48 hours.

We cannot refund any orders after 30 days from your order's delivery date.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on gift cards, credits or stolen goods after they have been successfully delivered.

 

Faulty items

If you believe your item is faulty, here's what you do:

  1. Take a photo of your incorrect or damaged order.
  2. Email the photo(s) to hello@maskco.com. 

We will be sure to respond within 24 hours.

 

I have received an incorrect or damaged item

We will make amends and send the right products to you as soon as possible.

We will be sure to respond within 24 hours.

You don't need to return the incorrect items. We know that’s a hassle.
