No problem! Email email@example.com and we will refund you for the fragrances you don’t like. You don't need to return your order - we know that's a hassle.
Please note: The maximum refund is $50 per order.
Can I exchange the fragrances I don’t like?
Sure! Email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which fragrances you would like exchanged. We will then give you an exclusive coupon code to re-order with free shipping.
We won’t ask you to return the fragrance you didn’t like.
Please note: The maximum exchange is $50 for full priced fragrances per order.
I have received an incorrect or damaged item
We will make amends and send the right products to you as soon as possible.
Here's what you do:
1. Take a photo of your incorrect or damaged order.
2. Email the photo(s) to email@example.com. We will be sure to respond within 24 hours.
You don't need to return the incorrect fragrances. We know you don't have time to head down to your local Post Office!
We cannot refund or replace any order after 60 days of the purchase date.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on gift cards or credits.
