What is your refund policy?
If you don't like our fragrances, you don't pay!
We will refund you for any fragrances that don't live up to your standards and you can keep the product anyway. The maximum refund is $50 and eligible for first-time orders only.
For return customers, please choose your products carefully as we no longer can accept returns or refunds of any fragrances due to quality control, hygiene, tampering and safety issues. This includes all air fresheners, toilet sprays, reed diffuser refills and sanitisers.
However, if you have been sent the incorrect fragrance or products, please contact us within 60 days of receiving goods. You must provide a photo of your order it it's original packaging.
We cannot refund or replace any order after 60 days of the purchase date.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on gift cards or credits.
